Warranty Policy (1 Year)
All NS Novelties products include a one-year manufacturer
warranty from the original date of purchase against malfunction or
failure under normal use. This warranty is an exchange warranty for
replacement only. Refunds are not available.
What We Need to Process a Warranty Claim:
To start a warranty claim, please return your defective item to the
address below and include:
Proof of Purchase (required): Receipt /
Invoice / Order Confirmation
Brief description of the issue
Your full return shipping address
Your name and email address

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping the
defective item(s) to NS Novelties.
NS Novelties does not provide prepaid shipping

NS Novelties covers the cost of shipping of
replacement items
What Happens Next:
Once we receive your return and verify the claim, we will ship a brand-new
replacement to the provided address.

product?
A: No registration is required. Please keep a copy of your receipt for 1
year.

Q: Do you send shipping labels?
A: We do not provide shipping labels for returns to our facility. We cover
return shipping for the replacement.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No warranty coverage is replacement only. If you would like to obtain a
refund, please contact the original place of purchase.
Q: Do I need to return my defective product?
A: Per our warranty policy, the defective item must be returned before a
replacement can be issued. This helps us verify the defect and improve product
